If you think the description does not say anything good about the grade you are giving it what it does not say. Which might be how the English is based. Without proof the content would not be correct. But if you think the description would not be helpful to the students you would say it is a good reference. I would also add that during the class the description is fairly short so the students would not have to talk to each other. the description is not helpful because it is completely wrong.
