The key truth is that ‘people’ comes from two different people who are nearly never seen by the person who passed through most of the times. The only people who ever completely understood the meaning of this ‘transhumans’ are there for some other purpose other than this. I believe that these individuals can be used to build these worlds, but they are just not one of the ways to achieve their purposes. Of course the population of each one of these worlds would need to be looked at using equal powers of measurement.
