There may be separate controls that may work differently but it’s mostly just a way to point multiple controls to the control and call a new rule. Consider a workflow that starts with a list of files(s) and looks at all the pages from the list(s) and generates standard navigation on each page in the list as well as controls and views. Then it also looks at the images/view that there are or that they have defined, either dynamically or by other means. These facts are really just a way to describe what does Google’s FlowWorkers does.
